By accessing and using the Pakistan National Job Portal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Job Seeker Obligations

Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
Use the Platform only for legitimate job-seeking purposes
Not submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your qualifications
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Employer Obligations

Provide accurate information about your organization and job postings
Not post discriminatory or fraudulent job listings
Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Maintain valid organization registration and verification documents

5. Prohibited Activities

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorization
Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or job seekers, or any damages arising from the use of the Platform.
